Two ICT experts Daniel Mutinda Mbithi and Amos kiptoo Rono are alleged that on 23rd November 2017 and 14th July 2018 at stanbic bank in upper hill Nairobi county jointly stole sh4.1M from Hombay property limited which came to their position by virtue of their employment.
The two who appeared before Milimani Court pleaded not guilty and were released on a cash bail of 500k each.
The two accused had requested the court to allow them settle the matter out of court since the complainant in the matter has agreed to terms of payment.
The court allowed them to come up with a well structured way of how they will pay the money to the complainant before withdrawing the matter with a view to settle the matter out of Court.
