United Millers limited Owners to face Sh79Million fraud charges.

Renowned  kisumu tycoon Sunil Shah and Kamal Shah are expected to answer to charges of conspiracy to defraud KOTECHA AND COMPANY LTD Sh 79 Million by falsely pretending that they had lost business in UNITED MILLERS LIMITED to their clients by failure to supply sugar.
According to our sources the two were supposed to appear in court to answer to the charges but  did not show up in court as directed.
According to the charge sheet in our possession Sunil Narshi Shah ,Kamal Narshi Punja Shah ,Henry Musyoki Kavita ,Magnesh Kumar Verma and United millers are alleged that on 2nd April 2015 at unkown place within the Republic of Kenya jointly conspired with intent to defraud B.N KOTECHA and SONS LIMITED Sh79,471,000 by falsely pretending that they had lost business at their company the UNITED MILLERS LIMITED to their clients a fact they knew to be false.
The five are facing seven counts raging from conspiracy to defeat course of justice ,forgery and uttering a false document..
They were all arrested in kisumu 0n wednesday 3rd June 2020  according to OB NO.39/3/6/2020 at 1155hrs and were brought to Muthaiga DCI headquarters same day.
According to our sources they were then released on Sh70k each and ordered to appear in court on 4th June 2020.
The accused did not appear in court to answer to the said charges,according one of the DPP state counsel the file is at the Dpp’s office and they are reviewing it after receiving addictional information and will require 14 days to complete the investigations.
Sunil Shah ,Kamal Shah and their company United millers limited are alleged that on 13th day of october 2015 at kisumu highcourt within the republic of kenya jointly uttered false document by filing kisumu higcourt civil suit number 38 of 2015 namely united millers versus B.N Kotecha and sons limited,Hemal Kishor Kotecha and Harshil Kishore Kotecjha using falsified documents to with local purchase orders from different traders purporting them to be genuine documents.
United millers had gone to court seeking refund of their funds together with special damages of Sh 79,000,000 which was supported by forged invoices ,the company was able to get judgement in the kisumu highcourt for the refund and special damages.
