Two Gold fraudsters charged.

Two business men have been charged with obtaining 1530 grams of gold.
The two who appeared before Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate Martha Mutuku pleaded not guilty.
Ezra Luteshi Lubembe and Stephen Mwandi Lubembe are accused of obtaining 1530 grams of gold worth 5,607,500 from businesswoman Zainabeshi Hassan Debebe by falsely pretending they were in a position to sell the said gold for her.
The two are alleged to have committed the offence on March 21, 2019 at Eastleigh in Nairobi, jointly with others not before court.
They were released a bond of Shilling 2 million and one surety of the same amount or a cash bail of Shilling 1 million.
The case was fixed for hearing on May 13 this year.
