Man denies ABC-Bank Ksh60M fraud.

A man has been charged with conspiracy to defraud Africa Bank Corporation Sh60 million.

Abdi Hamza Ali Noor appeared before Milimani Chief Magistrate Wendy Kagendo and denied the charges.

Hamza is accused that on diverse dates between July 1 and April 7, 2020 in Nairobi County jointly with others not before court conspired to defraud African Bank Corporation ltd (ABC) Sh60 million

The money was fixed deposit debenture of Sh60 million which was registered at the company registry.

Prosecution has listed sixteen witnesses to testify against Hamza.

He was released on a cash bail of Sh500, 000 or bond of 1 million pending hearing and determination of the Criminal case.
