Former Parliamentary aspirant arreigned in court over fake Gold scam.

former Parliamentary Aspirant suspected to be part of the Shs 300million gold scam will now remain in police custody for a day.
Hezron Nyabola , one of the director-shareholders of Inside Africa Currier Services Limited whose offices  were raided on Thursday last week was presented in Court where detectives sought for more time to complete investigations.
He escaped on the day of the raid but was arrested on Saturday.
It is believed that those who conned the Sheikh used him and his office to fool the ruler’s business associate, Ali Zandi, that his cargo had indeed been seized by the Kenyan government at JKIA.
The suspect was presented before court on 27thmay 2019 and applicant was granted 3 custodial days to finalise investigations.
The suspect is believed to be the epicenter of a gold scam racket with several gold scam network spanning into several jurisdictions.
According to the investigating officer Evans Kituyi the preliminary investigations have established that the networks are extensive and complex in nature.
The suspect is believed to interfere with investigations when releases since he is highly connected.
The police told magistrate Martha Nanzush that investigations will be bungled if they are denied more days.
The witnesses expected to identify the suspects are foreigners from united states,Dubai and india.
