Hes alleged that between 1st of april and 17th april 2019 at unknown place within the republic of Kenya with intent to defraud falsely represented himself to be Honorable Aden Duale. - Count two he is alleged to have represented himself to be the personal assistant to Hon Aden Duale between 15th april and 16th april 2019 at unknown place within the republic of Kenya.
The court has granted him a cashbail of 100k.
