She is alleged to have robbed Heena Hooker a doctor at Mp shah hospital.
She faced a further count where she is accused of handling stolen property contrary to sec 322 of the penal code. It is alleged that on the 28th of February, at Equity bank, otherwise than in the cause of stealing, dishonestly received Ksh 755,000 which had been unlawfully transferred from an account at DTB Bank and been robbed from mentioned bank account.
Emma through her advocate pleaded for lenient bond terms claiming she is a single mother with a 2 year old child. She was released on bond terms of Ksh 2,000,000. Case to be heard on the 26th of August.
