A lawyer among six suspects in Court over Dusit D2 terror attack.

Six more Dusit D2 suspects arraigned in court.


Hassan Abdi nur, Ismael sadiq Ambitham, Ali Khamisi Ali, AbdiNoor maalim

Osmail,Abdullahi muhumed hassan and sophia Njoki Mbogo have been arraigned before principal Magistrate Martha Mutuku.


They are being investigated on conspiracy to commit terrorist attack,provision of property and services for commission of terrorist attack and being members of the Alshabaab .


The prosecution through Duncan Ondimu wants the suspects remanded in custody for 30days to complete investigations over the Dusit terror attack.


The first respondent Hassan Abdi Nur operates an mpesa business through a company whose identity has not been established, he is said to have registered 47 SIM cards which were using two handsets which were located in easleigh area and were registered using different ID numbers.


He was receiving huge sums of money from south Africa and the same amount was send to
Somalia,the amounts were withdrawn through Diamond trust bank in easleigh were Sophia Njoki Mbogo is the branch manager 


The investigators are looking at the 47 SIM cards for purposes of analysis in order to make a determination.


The 4th respondent Abdinoor Maalim osmail who works with Horizon TV  was in contact with the main attackers Salim

Gichunge  who was killed during the attack and violet kemunto Omwoyo who is at large.


The 4th Respondent who is a graduate at kenya school of law is believed to have several registered phone numbers which transacted 100million which is believed to be for commission of terrorist attack.
