Two bank officials have been charged with conspiracy to defraud cooperative bank of Sh14M.
Julius Kibiwot Byama and Robert kipchirchir Kosgei were arreigned at milimani law courts and charged with one count of conspiracy to defraud.
Particulars of the offence are that on 2nd july 2020 and 14th August 2020 at unknown place within republic of kenya jointly with otjers already before court conspired to defraud cooperative bank of kenya limited Sh 14M
The two denied the alleged charges before Principal magistrate Kennedy Cheruiyot.
