Two charged for stealing 135 m from the National Bank.

Kennedy Gathige Maina and Cecilia wanjiru Karugu who appeared in Milimani law courts have pleaded not guilty to three counts of conspiracy to defraud and stealing.

Particulars of the offence are that on 15th December 2018 at unknown place within the republic of Kenya jointly with others not before court conspired together to commit a felony namely stealing 135 the property of National Bank of Kenya.
Nairobi senior principal magistrate Kennedy cheruiyot has released them on a cashbail of 300k or 500k bond after prosecution said they have no reason to object to bail terms.
